On July 14th brother-in-law Dave and Pauline came for a visit. We went exploring around my home town and for the 1st time I took a close look at the Deer Creek stone church.
I have driven past this church on the hwy. for 25 years on a weekly basis and had never stopped for a closer look.
Deer Creek was a crossing across the North Saskatchewan River until the bridge was built. The church is still in service.
