There is no reason to be board at Palm Creek. This morning I went to carvers club. My next project may be a boot.
IN the afternoon we went to the pool and then this evening Teri had her last Mosaic class.
Every two hours Blue of course has his meet and greet walk. The pet section has the friendliest people. Blue does NOT have any manors and jumps up and licks anyone that shows any interest. Blue is slowly learning that not all dogs want to play with a puppy.
On the way back from the Palm Creek Photo Club meeting I took a few photos of Palm Creek Golf and RV Resort.

This is the 10th tee box at Palm Creek Golf. There is a creek running through every hole in the back 9 holes.
We got up early and went to Mesa to the Mesa Market.
We got to the Market before 10 AM and it was not too crowded
But when we left the parking lot was FULL.
On the way home we stopped at Monte Vista Resort and took photos of site 1233. This is the site my Mom and Dad had their park model on for many years. Only 1 side of the fruit trees are still there but all 3 palm trees are still alive.

Teri is busy with mosaic class today so Blue and I did the laundry, then off to Walmart for a few things. Then Blue wanted to stay outside, by himself. The boy is starting to show some independence. Blue loves to watch the people and dogs go by.
Here at Palm Creek RV Resort they have a club for just about everything you can think of. I love the Friday Hike Club. Today I took the Shorter Hike – Javelina Loop Trail with a side trip on the Wild Burrow Trail to the Old Stone line shack site for lunch. The total distance was 5 miles with an elevation gain of 130 feet ( about 4 times) The hike is rated as a C. The other choice was the longer Hike of 7.1 miles 1065’ elev. gain rated as a A-.

We leave Casa Grande at 8AM and are back in Casa Grande by 2 PM.

Teri started a mosaic class and Blue saw the vet today. Blue is 16.4 pounds and a very healthy puppy whippet with up to date shots including rabies.
In the evening we went to a choir concert of the Palm Creek Resort residents. The concert was sold out for 2 nights and the music was great for about 60 senior amateurs.
At the resort there are 5 dog parks in the pet section. Today we went to the largest park and Blue started playing with the biggest dogs.
And Blue has learned the art of begging for popcorn.
