Today we took a drive on the Oregon side of the Columbia River Gorge.
First we drove up hwy 35 for a short distance to get to the outlook.
Cherry blossoms.
Cherry blossoms everywhere.
Mount Hood is hidden in the clouds.
That is Teri waving.
This is the old Cascade Locks with the ‘Bride of the Gods’ in the background. Today the locks are at the Bonneville Dam and Locks.
The dam has made this part of the Columbia River more of a lake then a river.
The old turbine out if the Bonneville Dam.
The top of the power station of the dam.
Teri is standing on the right.
The upper falls.
The bridge over the top of the lower falls.
